Hello everybody!
Over the last few weeks (and months), we've been hard at work at improving our own, custom in-house built CMS. The newest version of this, which runs right now on this site, is finally ready to be used. A lot of basic functionality is still in the works, but it is good enough right now.
It has been built from the ground up to be as complete as possible for our uses, and it simply looks gorgeous (not only what you guys can see, but the admin is the nicest piece of work I've ever made!).
This is actually the first post we're making using the new system, and that also means several things. Because we didn't store dates for the previous posts, all post prior to this one have their postdate set to 31/12/2011. Also new for this version of our CMS, which we've codenamed 'Nexo', is categories. Quite basic stuff really, but in the previous version it wasn't even ever added! Also, post authors are now availble... previously we had to sign every post ourselves, but now it's getting automaticly added in the bar above these posts.
But still, we're far from ready with Nexo, and we are working hard on adding even more features (even though what we have now greatly exceeds what we had on the previous version).
Also, some things changed, like the WYSIWYG editor I'm using to write this post. This time around, we're using TinyMCE instead of FCKEditor. I always like their black office skin, and that's what we got set up.
Now, have fun !
Kevin
An error causing an empty post in the Database has been fixed.....
the problem was a dual variable...
It feels good to be back online with the Dev Team.

We have made an announcement about the future of the Fan Hub! You can read all about it on this article on the Spellborn Fan Hub.
Kevin
Today, we've launched the new NightQuest design, based upon the new "Ancestral" theme which will get launched on the Spellborn Fan Hub soon.
There might still be some flaws in this new theme, so don't hesitate to contact us should you find a bug - it'll only help the Fan Hub when we launch the new look.
This new theme also profits from a lot of benefits of HTML5, but more will be posted about this when we launch the Ancestral theme on the Fan Hub.
Kevin
At NightQuest we are always looking for people to help us with our websites.
In the summer, we aim to launch a brand new fansite for a new game. Details about that will be posted when we are in a more certain stage, but currently we are searching people who might want to join our team for this brand new site.
If you are interested, please use the contact page to let us know.
Kevin
Hello everybody!
I've just added a reCAPTCHA to the contact page in order to avoid us getting thousands of spam mails. I hope you guys don't mind this, but I'm going to remove the reCAPTCHA for registrated and logged in users.
However, you'll now need to complete one when you register.
Kevin
Just a small post now to let you guys know we have fixed the loginsystem. We are sorry for the inconvience caused by this problem.
